Led the end-to-end development of the MetalPrints.com brand and go-to-market strategy, establishing its identity, customer journey, and market positioning from inception.
Developed while Director of Marketing at a leading print lab, this project brought a premium photo print medium to a new market through cohesive brand development, go-to-market strategy, and customer experience design. I also served as de facto product manager, shaping the online ordering flow and customer journey from concept through launch. Scope of Work:
